Rates vary by season and demand. For accurate pricing, enter your desired dates in the booking form and you’ll get an instant USD quote on screen that has no hidden extras.
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
The final quote is a simple formula of three components: base rate + Pennsylvania taxes + Monroe County (PA) taxes + the fixed-per-stay cleaning fee + the management fee. The professional cleaning fee is also why it isn’t really cost effective to stay for one night in a vacation rental.

Choose the “Book now” button to input your desired dates, next review the terms and conditions of the rental agreement, then choose your payment method (in US dollars currency), and complete the process online. To confirm the booking, you must pay a reservation deposit, with the remaining payment due prior to arrival. There is also a refundable security/damage deposit. You’ll receive a confirmation email when you are done.
We offer self-service check in after your initial visit to our subdivision’s Welcome Center. The front door has an electronic keypad. The code is the last 4 digits of your phone number. This number will be valid for only the days of your stay and promptly changed after check-out. You will receive further check-in instructions 3 days before your arrival.
The answer is “yes”. Our kitchen not only looks great (see photos), it is also fully equipped. All the core items to grill, cook, bake or blend a smoothie are all at your disposal.
