Quenton & Susan Linyear

The owners of Sunset Dip are Quenton and Susan. They hail from the Commonwealth States of Virginia and Pennsylvania. When not working in the non-profit or corporate sector, they are avid travelers to parts of the US they’ve never seen before. As often as possible, they rent vacation homes when they explore Arkansas, Maryland or Texas to name a few. 

 Having lived in multiple states on the East Coast, they know the feeling of learning a new town and making new friends. When they come “home” to Monroe County, PA, they like to go to a waterfall, take a hike, try new local eateries and take in a good sports game in front of the fireplace. 

Purchasing a vacation home in the Poconos and sharing with other families who enjoy mountain getaways is a dream come true. They look forward to hearing from you what memories you make while staying at “Sunset Dip” and hope you return real soon!
